Rate Schedule
Effective April 1, 2010

General Consulting, Systems Integration, Service & Support
Standard Prevailing Rate for Break/Fix Customers - $100 per hour
(billed at half-hour intervals)

Advanced Consulting
Standard Prevailing Rate for Non-routine and Enterprise Level Support - $175+ per hour
(billed at half-hour intervals)

Travel Fees
Standard Prevailing Per Trip Charge - $3.00 per mile (one way only)
Mileage calculated on http://maps.yahoo.com with starting location at Statesboro, GA (30458)
In some areas, client may elect to pay for actual travel expenses (i.e. airfare, hotel, & per diem).
Please contact your service advisor for additional details concerning travel fees.

Emergency Services Fee
After Hours Service & Support Fee for Break/Fix Customers - $200
This fee is in addition to the Hourly Standard Prevailing Rate and is automatically billed to your account when an Emergency Service Ticket is initiated.  Please ask your service advisor for complete details.

Local Service Center & Depot Repairs
Maximum Service Fee - $85.00*
Diagnostic Only & Minimum Service Fee - $35
*Per service ticket. Does not include parts.

Payment Arrangements

Business Checks

Generally, Georgia Technologies makes available net terms billing for qualifying businesses preferring to pay by check. New break/fix clients must submit an Account Establishment Form to their service advisor to create an account.

Credit Cards
Georgia Technologies accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards for most transactions.  When paying by credit card, please complete a Sales Confirmation Form.

On Retainer
Qualifying businesses may hold Georgia Technologies on retainer for certain services.  Please consult your service advisor for complete details.

Leasing & Financing
Third-party leasing and financing services are available to qualifying customers.  Please contact your service advisor for additional details.
