Effective April 1, 2010 for Customers without a Georgia Technologies Service Agreement.

General Consulting, Systems Integration, Service & Support
Standard Prevailing Rate for Break/Fix Customers - $100 per hour
(billed at half-hour intervals)

Advanced Consulting
Standard Prevailing Rate for Non-routine and Enterprise Level Support - $175+ per hour
(billed at half-hour intervals)

Travel Fees
Standard Prevailing Per Trip Charge - $3.00 per mile (one way only)
Mileage calculated on http://maps.yahoo.com with starting location at Statesboro, GA (30458). In some areas, client may elect to pay for actual travel expenses (i.e. airfare, hotel, & per diem).  Please contact your service advisor for additional details concerning travel fees.

Emergency Service Fees
After Hours Service & Support Fee for Break/Fix Customers - $200 (per dispatch)
This fee is in addition to the Hourly Standard Prevailing Rate and is automatically billed to your account when an Emergency Service Ticket is initiated.

Local Service Center & Depot Repairs
Maximum Service Fee - $85.00*
Diagnostic Only & Minimum Service Fee - $35
*Per service ticket. Does not include hardware or data recovery.
