Thanksgiving Holiday Operations

Our offices will be CLOSED on THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 26 and FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 27 in observance of Thanksgiving.   Should you require emergency support at any time our offices are closed, please phone 912-489-9857 and choose option 9.  For non-emergency support, you may contact us to open a service ticket.


Normal business operations will resume on Monday, November 29 at 8:00 a.m.

Unauthorized Representation by ISPs

It has come to our attention that sales representatives from at least two Internet Service Providers (ISPs) have contacted business customers in our area insinuating that Georgia Technologies recommends their company’s Internet and phone services. These sales representatives are in no way associated with Georgia Technologies, and while they may imply that we endorse their services, we do not. In addition, Georgia Technologies takes the privacy of our customers very seriously, and we do not disclose your contact details to others for the purposes of marketing a product or service, unless you request us to do so.


Your Internet, Your Choice

For years, businesses didn’t have many options for Internet and phone services, but this has recently changed as local competition warranted the building of fiber infrastructures by carriers to support high-speed, reliable Internet and greater bandwidth. If you are dissatisfied with your current Internet Service Provider, please let us know. As your trusted technology advisor, Georgia Technologies will help you make a decision when choosing carriers. We are not compensated in any way by any carrier, and we will sort through information with you in an unbiased manner. In addition, if your business is a subscriber of Managed Services, we highly recommend that you contact us before making a decision to change carriers so that we can prepare your network for the switchover and to minimize any downtime of your systems.


While there are now more options to choose from than ever, remember your current ISP has most likely also upgraded their infrastructure, and the cost alone to move to another provider may not be worth it. So, if you’re thinking of moving to another carrier, let’s talk first. You can rely on us to give you straightforward advice regarding your choices.

We are committed to providing honest and sincere IT consulting services to you and not in to the interests of the carriers. We certainly don’t take your trust in us for granted.

New Business Hours

To improve service to our customers, Georgia Technologies will be changing our business hours effective Monday, February 23, 2015.   Our new business hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.    


For Managed Services Subscribers: 24/7 Emergency Service is available at any time, subject to the conditions of your service agreement.


We would also like to remind you that you may submit service requests via our website even when our business offices are closed.  You may use the contact form or log in to your Autotask account to make requests.  Requesting service by directly emailing a member of our staff is not recommended and may delay support being provided to you.
