IMPORTANT SERVICE ADVISORY:

New Business Hours

To improve service to our customers, Georgia Technologies will be changing our business hours effective Monday, February 23, 2015.   Our new business hours are 8 a.m. until 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.    

 

For Managed Services Subscribers: 24/7 Emergency Service is available at any time, subject to the conditions of your service agreement.

 

We would also like to remind you that you may submit service requests via our website even when our business offices are closed.  You may use the contact form or log in to your Autotask account to make requests.  Requesting service by directly emailing a member of our staff is not recommended and may delay support being provided to you.
